DELIVERY POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES
Delivery charges are not included in product prices unless specifically stated. We charge £5 for every package in the UK, £10 for overseas packages. Your products will be sent to you within 7 working days.
PRICING
Two prices are shown for most items. The lower price does not include VAT and the higher price includes VAT at the current rate of 17.5 percent.
UK customers: No VAT is paid by blind, visually impaired or disabled individuals buying products that have been solely designed or adapted for their use. This also applies to charities including voluntary organisations that buy for or on behalf of visually impaired individuals. Non-disabled individuals buying for their personal use and businesses pay VAT.
EU customers: Blind, visually impaired and disabled customers and businesses registered for VAT do not pay VAT. All other EU customers pay VAT.
Overseas customers outside the EU do not pay VAT.
If you need a written quotation, please email us at sales@screenreader.co.uk. Quotations are valid for one month only because of currency fluctuations etc. Prices and specifications in our online shop may be changed without prior notice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We make every effort to ensure that information and prices are accurate but we acknowledge that there is a risk of human error and it is possible that a genuine mistake may occur.
Your contract with us begins when your goods are shipped and not before. We reserve the right to decline orders based on incorrect information by either party. Should we cancel your order, you will be refunded.
You can return goods if you change your mind or are unhappy about them, or bought on wrong website information. You should return goods within 30 days and you will get a full refund for items that are in their original condition and seals not broken where applicable. Refunds are made when we receive the returned item. Goods lost in transit to us will only be refunded on proof of postage.

If you installed software which you are returning, please remove it from your computer(s) and destroy any backup copies.
Please return it with a note explaining the reason for return, and a description of any fault. Wrap it securely in its original or equivalent packaging.
